Very impressive
As a glider pilot, having watched this will make all my future flying much more enjoyable, knowing what that strength looks like in real life. Wish I had seen this many years ago.
140kmh in turbulences is not to preserve the wings, they could make easily more, but because the interaction between the components (fuselage, stab, wings) may result in forces that could produce some more or less serious damages. My guess is that the tail is the weakest part.
Some accidents are as far as I remember known to have happened because the aircraft has been pushed clsoe from its strucural (or other kind) o flimits some while (short or long period of time) before the accident happened.
VNE and VNO are I guess designed by many other factors such as flutter, tail and all other aerodynamics behaviour in such speed as well as internal equipments and the aircraft stability or maneuvrability at such speed and under stressfull conditions if they appear. Wearing of the structure is certainly another factor (premature structural aging).
